Samuel managed the accounting, HR, Payroll, and Finance departments at small and large corporations, and has vast knowledge of California HR laws, Accounting and Reporting. In the past 15 years Samuel, as an independent consultant, provided Controller and CFO services to small and mid-sized companies in the fields of IT, Construction, Services, Finance, Media, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Online Sales and Software.
